For broken window or door glass.

Call during business hours if timing matters. Tell us your suburb, whether the panel is cracked or missing, and whether it is in a window or a door. Same-day repairs depend on the glass required and the current schedule.

• Take a wide photo showing the full window or door and its frame.
• From a safe position, show which panel is affected.
• Mention an upper floor, difficult access or damage to the frame.
• If dimensions are already known, share them as approximate measurements.

Keep clear of broken glass. Do not handle shards, remove a panel or climb to take measurements. We can discuss what information is useful without asking you to approach damaged glass.

For a new shower screen.

A photograph of the whole shower area shows the entry, walls and surrounding fittings. Include a second angle if the layout is not clear.

• Tell us whether this is a replacement screen or a new bathroom.
• Share approximate opening dimensions if you have them.
• Include your preferred framing or hardware finish, or a reference photo.
• Tell us whether tiling is complete or still planned.

The final measurements need to reflect the finished surfaces. An early enquiry helps plan the job; it does not mean the glass can be ordered before those details are settled.

For custom glass or a mirror.

Explain what the glass will be used for. A simple sketch can show the shape and approximate dimensions, but a photo of the location adds useful context.

• Show nearby lights, power points, taps, cupboards and other fittings.
• Identify any holes, cut-outs or edges that need a particular finish.
• Tell us what the glass or mirror will be fixed to.
• For a pet door, include the model details and a photo of the existing panel.

Measurements alone do not determine the correct glass. The intended use and installation details need to be discussed before it is made.
