Information you send us
Our enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, project suburb, service required and project details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss the work and prepare or follow up a quote. If you email plans or photographs, those files are handled as part of your project enquiry.
Website and enquiry services
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and form processing. Its Turnstile service checks form interactions to help prevent spam and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Enquiries may be securely stored to help ensure a received request is not lost if an email delivery fails. Resend provides the email delivery service used to send enquiry notifications to our team.
These service providers may process information outside Australia. Their handling is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find the website, which pages they visit and whether they send an enquiry or click a phone or email link. It uses cookies and technical information about your browser and visit. Clicking a phone or email link is recorded as a click, not confirmation that a call connected or an email was sent.
Our analytics events do not include the name, phone number, email address, suburb or message entered in the form. Page addresses sent to Google Analytics exclude query strings and fragments. We retain selected campaign labels and referring website addresses to understand traffic sources. Google may process information outside Australia; see Google’s privacy policy.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling and page interactions. Form fields and enquiry-status messages are masked. The enquiry text you enter is not included in our custom Clarity events.
Clarity may collect page addresses, referring addresses and technical information about your browser and visit. We skip recording visits with unrecognised query strings, fragments or referring page paths rather than sending those addresses to Clarity. This means some visits will not appear in Clarity. Microsoft may process information outside Australia; see Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Clarity uses cookieless measurement by default. If you explicitly turn analytics on using the control below, Clarity may use analytics cookies to connect visits. Advertising storage remains denied. Turning analytics off blocks further Clarity recording uploads and stops Google Analytics events. If you turn analytics back on, Clarity resumes on the next page you open; your current form is not reloaded.
Optional analytics is enabled unless you switch it off here or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference. Your choice is saved in this browser. Turning analytics off does not prevent you from requesting a quote.

Essential security services may use browser storage or other technical information to protect the website and its forms. We may review basic hosting and error information to maintain the site.
Storage and access
Project information is accessed by the people and service providers who need it to handle enquiries or operate the website. We aim to keep it only for as long as needed for the enquiry, related work and applicable business obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your project.
